We want you to love your Backstreet Boys gear as much as we love our fans, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
